Upcoming group runs/ rides

I would like to start meeting to do group runs if anyone is interested.  I have most of the group training that I am going to do posted on my site:  http://coachrucker.com/localtraining.aspx

 

Group rides will be starting soon, just waiting for a little nicer weather.

Quick correction, group run is leaving Foxfire at 10am Saturday, not 8am. Group ride will leave at 10am on Sunday from Foxfire.

Corrected correction- Run is leaving from Maysville, not Foxfire on Saturday.

Soooo...............I was asked to help out at the Jerry Neal track meet on Saturday so I want to bump the start time of the run up to 8am. Sorry for all the changes, hope to see a few people out at the run and or meet!
