Oh, I am not as dedicated as you... haven't been running as much recently. I need to get back on 'track'... I love speedwork! :) I'm focusing on the spring now... Flying Pig , my friend, and a few spring / summer track meets with my little family are my goals right now. I had a difficult time running 4 miles with Jeff the other day! :{
